Jeff Biggs

Jeff Biggs - President/CEO - Texas

Founder of Measure of Hope, Jeff has 3 years experience as a member of the board of directors for a Non Profit Christian based school in St. George, Utah. He also has successfully owned and operated Graphic Design Studios in Australia and then in Southern California.

Over his lifetime Jeff has been involved in The Boy Scouts of America as a Cub Scout on through the Boy Scouts. Jeff has had the opportunity to serve as a Scout Master, a Varsity Scout Leader and climbing instructor for the BSA. Jeff even served as a Scout Leader in the Australian Scouting program while he lived there. He has also served as a Youth Leader and Youth Sunday School Teacher at church.

Father of 5 children Jeff and his family now call Texas home. Jeff values his family. His heart goes out to those who by someone else's hand have to live in fear, are lost, alone or otherwise taken from those that love and care for them.

Stephen Vuyk

Stephen Vuyk - Secratery - Utah

On a personal level Stephen knows what it is like to have a child with special needs be lured away by a predator.

Stephen comes to us with a deep and diverse level of fundraising and problem solving experience. He previously served as the District Director of the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Utah, which he continues to support and volunteer.

Stephen’s experience in training and organisational execution runs deep. He co-authored a seminar with an internationally renowned author and trainer from Ken Blanchard’s group. He has also co-authored and presented multiple seminars at Franklin Covey and other organisations. Stephen’s product development includes design and ownership of a domestic patent, and products developed and sold through Franklin Covey and Successories Inc. He is also finishing a book, Paint on the Wall due out the end of the year.

Stephen also acted as emcee for the Utah Grizzlies Professional Hockey Team for 12 years. Stephen and his wife Elisa have six children. They reside in Highland Utah.

Steve McKell - Treasurer - Utah

In 1984 Steve who at the time was 15 was kidnaped from his home by a man posing to be a delivery man. Steve was gaged, shackled, handcuffed, blind folded and stuffed in a rabbit cage at gun point. When his captor left to make the ransom call Steve managed to free himself and catch the attention of a passerby. Shortly there after Steve’s Captor was caught, convicted, and imprisoned. Steve is now a Pharmaceutical Representative but in his free time he speaks about his experiences in hopes to prepare young people in how to recognise these types of dangers.
